what is it?

The Lititz Clay Studio 'Date Night' is an opportunity for you and a friend/family member/significant other to try out the pottery wheel and make a piece of pottery. ALL participants are guaranteed a piece to keep which will be fired and glazed for the participants to pick up in a couple weeks. Date Night's are for participants 18 and older. 

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!  You'll be shown everything you need to get started, and you'll be helped along the way!
Each pair of participants will have a wheel to work at for the duration of the 2 hours. 

COST

 $70 (one pottery wheel, two people )

Includes all things needed for each person to keep their own piece of pottery!
If you would like to keep more than one piece of pottery (per person), each extra piece is $5

Date NIght - Kids edition

This a great opportunity to bring your child/grandchild/niece/nephew to the studio for some fun on the pottery wheel. Each wheel will be shared between an adult (someone 18 or older), and with a child (recommended minimum age is 8...they'll be your partner). You'll be working together to make a total of 3 pieces. Instruction will be a little more guided than the 'regular' Date Night, and there will be colorful glazes for children to use on their freshly made pieces. Cost is slightly higher, ($70 per wheel) due to the addition of glazes, assistants and the extra piece.
